AC'S NEUROCEUTICAL SUPPLEMENT VERSUS "MEMORY ENHANCERS"
William K. Summers, M.D., founder and President of Alzheimer's Corporation and also the Medical Director at Woodmark Assisted Living Facility, spoke at the facility's bi-monthly Alzheimers' Support Group meeting on the topic "Alternative Health Approaches to the Prevention of Dementia". Approximately thirty relatives and caregivers were in attendance. In his more than twenty years of work with memory-impaired patients and their families, Dr. Summers has developed an all-inclusive approach to their care, which combines currently available treatments and medications with neuroceutical supplements.
Dr. Summers compared memory enhancers currently on the market, such as "Focus Factor" and "FMB (Feed My Brain)" to the uniquely formulated and far superior neuroceutical supplement "Memory Support" developed by Alzheimer's Corporation. It currently has a U.S. patent pending, due to its unique makeup of anti-oxidant amino acids, herbal extracts, minerals and vitamins associated with enhanced memory performance. It was developed in 1999, not only for Alzheimer's patients, but for the general aging population. "Memory Support" has thirty active ingredients which were researched and carefully selected by Dr. Summers to create a distinctively different supplement which would prevent the effects of aging on the body while enhancing memory performance. This sets it apart from other supplements currently on the market. Currently, "Memory Support" may be ordered from the Alzheimer's Corporation website.
Alzheimer's Corporation ("AC") was founded by Dr. William K. Summers in 1999. It is dedicated to the diagnosis and care of the memory-impaired elderly within the community. The mission of Alzheimer's Corporation is to improve quality of life for both patient and caregiver through proper and rapid diagnosis, aggressive treatment with currently available drugs and neuroceuticals, while providing substantial savings to patients and families who are facing long-term care costs. Currently, the Company's focus has been directed toward raising the capital necessary for production of the second neuroceutical, "Vascular Support", believed to be helpful in vascular dementias. Dr. Summers hopes to raise the $50,000 necessary to fund the production of this neuroceutical through sales of AC company stock.
